In a tragic incident on Tuesday, a firecracker factory blast rocked Harda, Madhya Pradesh, resulting in numerous fatalities and injuring dozens. Videos circulating on social media depict the harrowing scene of the inferno engulfing the factory, punctuated by intermittent explosions, as people scramble to safety. The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) are actively engaged in the arduous task of clearing debris from the site, while law enforcement has swiftly taken action, arresting two individuals identified as Rajesh Aggarwal and Somesh Aggarwal.
Harda Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Kanchan revealed ongoing investigations, with one more individual under scrutiny in connection to the blast. As the situation unfolds, the toll stands at nine lives lost, with nearly 200 individuals sustaining injuries, although reports suggest they are now stable.
